The people was very kind and loved they had discounts that came with the room, room was clean and ready little earlier the check in time even though we went ahead and went to dinner first just to be safe they said we could have come earlier. Roddy was clean and bathrooms was nice. The beach was great and my kids loved it. Easy access to the beach and the pool was warm.
We was supposed to get a balcony room but when they asked what floor 1st or 2nd we chose 2nd because we had a toddler and didn't want him to out of room on bottom floor by chance, we got to the room and it was not a balcony just for our room is was for everyone. Price was a little high for a regular room. Other then that it was fine

Walking distance to many bars and restaurants

Proximity to the beach
How old and run down it is for the price they should work on improving the rooms and grounds. There rooms also smell strongly of cigarette and marijuana
