The most disgusting hotel ever

Whole in ceiling above restroom, stains on carpet, tu things that were clearly dirt/hook on walls. It was the worst I have ever been in. The back entrance was unlocked and back was not lit carpet pulled up, weight equipment stacked in dining area. From a distance looked ok. Booked and drove up. It was late had paid. Put sheets on floor to walk on as carpet was sticky. Slept 5 hours and left, needing allergy meds due to dirt/must inhaled over night.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL, filthy dirty, facility should be condemned! Their pictures are not relevant.

DO NOT BOOK! This is the dirtiest and most disgusting hotel I have ever seen! Upon arrival noted bar, restaurant, vacant looking for years, entering the side door found hundreds of dead bugs. Carpet, steps dirty. Swimming pool had bugs and debris floating on the non circulated water! Artificial plants covered with thick dust, and pails were placed to catch water from leaking ceiling. I took numerous pictures to document the above, discussed with front desk personnel, what happened to Ramada Inn? Had driven 10 hours, too late to get another reservation. Also, did not realize the hotel is located right next to a very large PRISON, had I known, would never have booked. TV and remote did not work, front desk personnel tried to fix, unable to do so! Asked for room they be comped! That did not happen! There is no hot breakfast. Basically everything you read online is deceitful advertising.

The room and building in general was filthy. Bathroom was disgusting. Door we walked in was full of water and leaves and sticks. Looked like an abandoned building

Everything was fine until after we checked out. One of the staff members called me making threats are and accusations.

The beds were comfortable. The shower was amazing good water pressure.

The pool was closed and there was no breakfast available.

Disappointing

Staff was friendly enough to move us after the first room was too close to other dogs/and was dirty and stinky.

Pretty much everything else....room is in big need of an upgrade, bathroom ceiling tiles had water rings/ no light except the heat lamp/fan made horrible noises. Carpet was kinda sticky in the way it hasn't been deep cleaned in a while. We had to lift the bed up and fix the frame cuz you almost fell backwards when you sit on the bed. The lamp and wall next to the bed had something sicky/stains splashes up and down it. Idk, I've stayed in worst, but I've also stayed in 20x better in the same town. So you get what you pay for. Pet fee is ridiculously high.

It was literally the worst hotel I have ever seen or stayed at. I didn’t have the extra cash to leave and go to another hotel elsewhere. The front desk gal refused to answer the phone when I was calling to complain that the room was actually open when I got up to it, broken foot and all. The outside temp was 37… so was the inside temp. The room was in poor repair with many areas damaged. There was a huge gap under the door so the room could never stay warm. Just bad. I called customer service because I couldn’t get the front desk. I told them in no uncertain terms that Ramada should go and remove their name from the front of the building because it does not represent the franchise in any good way.

The property itself was in rough shape, but once we got a new room it wasn’t too bad for one night.

The room wasn’t bad once we switched, the beds looked newer and were pretty comfortable.

The property wasn’t very well kept up. It was very outdated and a lot of things were closed or didn’t work, such as the pool. The first room we got smelled like smoke and the lights didn’t work.

Nice large room. Inside facilities were clean. Little snack store was a nice addition. Brown bag breakfast was huge.

Never again at Ramada

Only one towel in room and it was dirty and home to a spider. Bathroom door would not close. Stains on rug. Ceiling leaked in main reception room with ice buckets catching drips.

Some lights in the room did not work. No Kleenex in room. No breakfast, only coffee. No elevator for our second level room.

Very good

The bed was comfortable and there were plenty of pillows. The bathroom was adequate. The front desk staff were very accommodating!!

The restaurant was closed and the hot tub was under remodel, so we couldn't use it. The men's public restroom was out of paper towels for 2 days despite reporting to the front desk. There is no continental breakfast, just a brown bag with a muffin and granola bar. Furniture was oversized for the size of the room, as we had to move the desk chair to get to the bath vanity. The easy chair was full of crumbs.
