Location was at a walking distance to the beach which was great. They host supplies plenty of fresh drinks (water & a verity of sodas including diet) and coffee fully stocked at all times.
You literally stay in a room with a bathroom with no were to sit other than your bed, there is 2 high stools right in front of the tv, but not comfortable enough to move and sit anywhere else. Downside to the dining area that they have available is that you have to leave your room, and you share with other people. The bed and pillows were a little to firm for my liking especially when you go on long hikes as we did, you need something a little softer. I found myself sleeping without any pillows and waking up with a sour neck.
Parking is a too tight for trucks and SUV vehicles, but they do have room for 2 one in the front of the property (supper tight) and one in the back. For bigger SUV's and trucks the back is best

The location is excellent! I wish we had more time to explore the area. I loved the idea of being in a Victorian home and our attic rom was spacious. The room and lobby amenities were stocked and a nice sitting area is downstairs for reading. there's a nice glass cabinet with relics from the past.
The hosts provide a list of restaurants to visit, but it needs updating as a few of them have closed permanently. The outdoor seating is lovely, but it could be cleaned up a bit.

Location was good. Parking lot was helpful. Room was very clean.
Noisy. Can hear every creak in the house, every time someone uses the stairs or talks, and every car that starts outside. Staff often not present.
