Charming old building. Updated enough but not overly so. Super close to boardwalk and within walking distance to restaurants and corner store.
Would've given it a 9 if the bed had been more comfortable. Mattress was a little hard and lumpy. Otherwise the hotel was great.

Location was good. Parking lot was helpful. Room was very clean.
Noisy. Can hear every creak in the house, every time someone uses the stairs or talks, and every car that starts outside. Staff often not present.
