Closeness to downtown.
Facility was very clean and well maintained. They don’t serve breakfast on the property, but about a block away you get a coupon for a very decent breakfast at a Mexican.
Lots of steps, which was not a problem for us, but would be hard for some. No coffee maker in the room and very simple coffee available in the lobby. No TV in the bedroom.
