Excellent base for Ouray/Silverton/Ridgway hikes. Although dated with a few minor issues, interior is immaculate, kitchen has all appliances and AC. Flawless communication with hosts.

We loved our room that we had and the location. So convenient to everything you can walk to all the restaurants and shops. We drove to the hot springs. because we went to 1 of the ones that was a little further out.
I have no complaints. They thought of everything even tiles for you to bring to the hot springs.

Very clean and thoughtful amenities such as 2 luggage racks, a huge trashcan and a welcome snack basket.
It was a little warm in the evening due to the room being on the top floor and it was a little difficult to get ventilation. That is a very minor complaint, however

Location for the mountains and the town were great.
Room was a nice big size (Aspen junior suite). Very well kitted out kitchen had everything you could think of.
Balcony lovely.
Didn't meet the staff, all done by messages and envelope pick up at property - but info was excellent.
Bedding comfy.
Car parking directly outside property, free.
I'm a very light sleeper so a small niggle was the curtains let in a fair bit of light ...
