Loved the charming gardens, family atmosphere, breakfast, quiet

AC was odd and never seemed to completely cool the room, would click on for 10-15 seconds and then off. Also could not figure out how to sign in to the smart tv to use our streaming services.

Beautiful landscaping, and can't beat the price. Great location near Harwichport downtown. Nice touches to the room like coffee machine and creamer, water and chips, and whimsical but tasteful decor. Pool was great to have. Allowed late check out and standard check in was quite early already. Cleaning staff lovely. Breakfast items available.

They had a very large and controversial political flag flying outside the front that was quite jarring and uncomfortable. They replaced it mid stay with an American flag which made us feel better. But personal political views should not be part of a business establishment like a hotel that is meant to welcome visitors from all walks of life, especially on the cape! If you feel that way, make it clear in your ads. Otherwise the place needed some tlc and was a bit rundown but clearly the owners are trying to make it nice.
