Ambience and location is very good. Room decor is great! Beautiful furniture and stunning bathroom. Beautiful ocean views of you booked such a room.
I booked months ago and asked for a quiet room. Of note I booked a suite. I was given a suite with the aircon unit inside the room that made a constant noise. I asked for a different room immediately and despite it was exactly the same type they asked me to pay an additional 300dollars per night and this was the discounted rate. Room was very clean on arrival. And as said above beautifully decorated with a stunning bathroom and very clean overall. However as the days were passing by they were doing less and less. Always clean towels and bedding but no hoovering or mopping the floor. The last one day they did not clean this at all and this was a 900 dollars suite per day. When I complained about it all of sudden 2 “big” men appeared next to me which felt very intimidating! It was like people are not allowed to make a complaint and the security was there to make me stop taking. The lady manager who I spoke to at the end was brilliant I have to say so I would give her 5 stars for her professionalism. All other people though were very dismissive. The morning before our departure I asked for one hour late check out because I had food poisoning the night before and I was feeling horrible. Check in is at 4pm and check out is at 11am. They refused to allow me to stay for an extra one hour. And this is a hotel that I stayed for a whole week and at a huge rate per night. Very disappointing I have to say.
