Everything in this hotel was phenomenal. Best customer experience I have ever had. From the minute we arrived to the minute we left, every single staff member was just absolutely amazing, so attentive and accommodating. The rooms were outstanding and the pools were great.

The location was ok.
The beach
Rooms dirty, stuff were not interested to do their job -few exceptions, heavily overpriced, breakfast area small and people were queuing, sink design unbelievably inconvenient,
