Room & property was very clean. Plenty of free parking at the hotel. It was in a good area & was exceptionally quiet.
Nothing really, just the price due to it was Labor Day weekend.

The motel was close to our relatives in Marina. Although it was a motel, I appreciate that you can park your car right outside of the room.
The room did not have air conditioning. However, since it is close to the ocean, their was a breeze if you leave the windows open.
