Like the location and the size of the room.
Compared to other hotels that offer breakfast, I personally did not care for the selection provided. I felt it was minimal at best. And again I'm comparing to other hotels that offer breakfast. Provided more options other than waffles, eggs, sausage and cereal.

A simple, standard hotel that offers good value for the price. The room was clean and tidy, and the breakfast was basic but perfectly adequate.
The location is very convenient, with the ocean nearby and a beautiful state park with sand dunes just a short drive away.
A good place to spend a night while traveling along the coast.

Location was good. Breakfast very limited
No hot water in sink. TV out one evening. Room was not cleaned after our first night. Elevators not in good shape ( cleanliness)
