Very clean, great location, good value.
I had no complaints. I was really impressed in how the place had been rethought in an old building. They didn’t strip it all out and make it sterile. They worked with the existing building.

I like the feel of the boutique hotel and the location great walking distance to a lot of great eateries and breweries and water.
Did not like the parking on the street situation, the stairs and the shared bathrooms I felt made it not quite the value for the price we paid for the rooms.

The location was awesome, and the bed was very comfy! I was a little worried about no A/C, but it was not a problem at all. The room was comfortable with the window slightly open. The shared bathrooms were very clean and were always available when needed.
It was not very clear where to park. However, there is a lot a block or two down from the hotel that offers parking at certain times. Otherwise, that lot just offers three-hour parking. Even on a Monday, there did not seem to be a lot of on street parking open right beside the hotel.

The location was good. The staff was friendly. The hotel was clean.
I think there should be a way to better communicate that it’s a communal bathroom and shower situation.
