We checked in late 9pm very tired. We were not told the room was on the third floor with no elevator. We were not offered help with our suitcases going up, we're in our late 60s. We booked a room with two queen beds and one of the beds was out of order! Called desk and they moved us to a different building on the first floor.

Beautiful property, but VERY expensive
Room was microscopic for the price. Mattress foundation was bouncy. Not enough chairs around bonfire and one family jeopardized it all night

Location at the base of the ski hill is very convenient, and the ski "village" is walkable/pleasant.
For the luxury price tag, the 5 p.m. check-in and shared pool/spa facilities were a bit of a let down.
