Everything was beautiful and great! Hotel is about 5-8 minutes from downtown Richmond. Hotel rooms were very nice and clean!

I think that the location, the room and the staff was amazing! Overall, I thought this was definitely one of the best hotel stays I've had.
I really wish that there were water bottles included in the room. Additionally, maybe face pads or q-tips in the room as well.

I loved the staff at the reception area from 4pm to overnight. They were so kind and helpful. The café option is great. The decor is incredible. Loved all the seating options in the lobby.
The balcony didn't look like the pictures, the door handle came off when I went to open it. The rug outside our room on the 7th floor was torn so we tripped on it when we came in and out.
Things just didn't look finished and not in a rustic way. I wouldn't have paid for a balcony if it was going to be what it was.
