A special appreciation for Ruby for her professional, warm, and best-in-class customer service. She made the experience even better with her helpful attitude and attention to guests.
The rooms are spacious and well-suited for families, offering plenty of room to relax comfortably. The breakfast is fairly basic, but the hotel’s location more than makes up for it. Situated in an excellent area of Miami Beach, it is close to plenty of shopping options and restaurants. Municipal parking is conveniently located just around the corner, which is a big plus for guests travelling by car.
Overall, a great choice for families looking for spacious accommodation, a convenient location, and outstanding customer service. Ruby deserves special recognition for making the stay memorable!

Location excellent. Breakfast was ok but unusually it was served like a canteen. Cereals were self-serve but a stretch to call the breakfast a buffet. Room was very large and plenty of tv channels on demand. Maid service was excellent! Super communication before arrival.
Pool was closed and this was advised at short notice with an apology but no option to cancel or offer of a discount. Lacked little touches like water in reception area or books. Beach towels were available but another guest returned an umbrella which was not offered to us. Another guest clearly pushed in front of me at reception, yet was still served by the receptionist first.
