Was everything I expected it to be. I have no complaints we always got what we needed when we needed it.

witching walking distance of everything and anything. Gave you privacy. was very laid back and the people running it were so helpful and very very nice! Exactly what I expected for jus a small trip. Pool was open early and clean.

needs updated but to be honest it’s a pert spot so was exactly what I expected it to be. No breakfast and had to walk to get coffee but in retrospect those poor managers were all over the place trying to keep up with all the demands at many properties they have acquired.

Very disappointed

The location was great. 1 block from the boardwalk.

The actual sleeping space was relatively clean but the bathroom was dirty and could use a new tub and fresh coat of paint, I saw a sneaker print on the wall!! . The worst part is we weren't supplied with any towels! Not even a hand towel to dry hands after washing. I didn't even bother to ask because I was already told by another guest they had to ask for them also. I just went to Marshall's and bought my own towels thinking I'd rather use clean cheap towels then theirs anyway. The bed was only a sheet and a bed spread so I ended up having to buy my own blanket as well. They were understaffed and didn't have anybody to take full garbage or to change towels that weren't provided anyway. Although the staff was nice they really need a revamp of this place. It's not worth the money even though it was affordable you still expect a hotel to have a supply of towels upon check in. Will not stay here again! Only thing that was good was the location.

How close it was to the beach/boardwak

It was absolutely disgusting. Mold on the ceiling, mousepoop, dirt, garbage, dirty linens. The room wasn’t cleaned at all. The mattresses were stained. Mold on the ceiling (pic) We as guests started our vacation cleaning the room. If I wasn’t denied a refund I would have stayed somewhere else in a heartbeat.

Disappointing

Location was very close to the board walk

I'm pretty sure they do not clean, especially the sheets since I found a lid to a cup in them (luckily I bring my own). It was run down and dingy. The complementary breakfast was a brown bag with an apple juice box and nutrigrain bar. Very loud and smelled like marijuana. One morning we were woken up at 5am to banging. The one air conditioner did not work, the tub water kept running, there was no garbage can and my children did not even want to shower since it was so dirty. You had to check in at another facility a block away. The steps were breaking and at one point there were planks out and if you were not paying attention you could fall through the steps

Wanna say thanks to the older gentleman

Rooms were cute and if you have young kids the pool is perfect height for them to swim and have fun also any problem that you might have the older gentleman was more than accommodating and helpful we greatly appreciated it..thank you

It’s a lil walk to the beach like 4 blocks but still not bad.

Not a good experience. Smoke central

The location wasn’t terrible.

We booked at Hotel Charles Sea Breeze and they put us in Aire Hotel or something, but not what we booked. We booked a non-smoking room, but the entire hotel was a smoking room. We had 2 kids under 4 with us as well. The room was not very clean, the floor was slimy and dirty, there was a gross mat in the bathtub. The last night of our stay we had to evacuate the hotel because someone’s room caught on fire and had to book a room at another hotel.

Wasn’t able to check in until after 6 pm when I was first look at the room it wasn’t clean will never stay here or tell anyone to stay here I wasted my Money

Yo front desk is amazing so friendly and so cool!!!! Totally made us feel at home. Made us feel welcome.

The room was old we weren’t expecting anything great. It was better than we expected. Room was clean

We didn’t have breakfast didn’t even see anyone that worked there.

The staff was never there even when we checked in. We had to call the number and wait for the guy to drive over and check us in. There was a dog that barked the entire time! Luckily we were only there to sleep. And the one fire alarm battery must be dying because there was a constant chirping. Also we did not have any towels they only provided 4 wash clothes. I borrowed towels from family staying at another place. The water pressure was horrible the water dropped out of the shower head.
