Could have been cleaner but decent value for the price and location if youre there for a night out.

The location was perfect. We were given the parking in the back and the driveway at the left(the right side is for a different rental). Which was enough for us to fit 7 cars and a pop up canopy easily... 3 being pick up trucks so def could have done more if we parked better. (spots outside are metered so this is important)The house was sized well and the smaller single bed guest rooms go SO cold with the AC units in each room. The attic space was a little warm but not unbearable. They didn't have the AC on before our arrival which would have been better but no one was there before us so I would expect them to keep units running with no one present. They were able to offer us a later check out because there was no booking behind us either which worked out well with our airport timing. The pictures should be updated, there is no longer carpets in the house except for the back side of the attic, plus a newer tv and slip covers on the sofas. The check in staff (a man and woman) were very pleasant and helpful. We would have spent twice as much on hotel rooms and wouldn't have had the opportunity to relax together as group for my cousins 30th birthday.

It def could have been cleaner or at least had cleaning supplies but in terms of seaside beach rentals it was pretty much what we expected. The floors turned our feet black so a thorough mopping would do this place some good. The kitchen didn't come with any items so def bring along pots/pans/forks/knives/plates if you plan on prepping food in the house. We brought our own blankets and bedding which I would always recommend with rentals but we didnt find crumbs in beds like the other review states. There was some broken glass in the driveway and dirt in the window sills but all in all everything was on par with a seaside rental and for the price it was acceptable. There is another rental space behind the house, a garage type apartment so keep in mind the property isn't exactly private. The grill pictured is not there either, FYI.

Camping would have been cleaner.

It was close to the boardwalk and beach. Good air conditioning in every room. There was WiFi.

The place was disgusting, I don't think they have cleaned the place in the last decade. The sheets on were gross, bathrooms even worse, not to mention that one of the two listed bathrooms is not even in the house it's outside. I guess you really get what you pay for. I wasn't expecting it to be a five-star hotel but this place was repulsive to stay in. When we first arrived the refrigerator was not working. When I say the sheets weren't clean I mean they were stained, there were crumbs in the bed, fresh stains, they didn't even smell clean. Even the towels they provided were freshly stained, you ended up coming out of the shower dirtier than you went in. One of the pillows had a nice brown stain on it, not sure what bodily fluid that came from. At one point we had a small spill of water on the floor, when we wiped it up the paper towel was BLACK. I honestly could not be repulsed more by this place. Had it not been a holiday weekend we would have just found another place to stay.
