It was OK. The room smelled musty and the carpet was damp. Had to ask for a refrigerator.

I liked the barre 3 event on Sunday. The breakfast brunch was pricey but delicious.

I didn't like dinner at the restaurant. The food tasted subpar. The wedge had yellow lettuce. The pretzel was just pretzel bites and very salty. Our seat was out side were various ants joined us for dinner. Service was slow because not enough waiters.

Hotel is excellent, front desk staff may need more hospitality training

Very clean,lovely room,quick reservation booking

This is one of my favorite hotels for me and my family to come to we love the cottages and we especially love the pool area. On this visit however,while celebrating my son's birthday,I reserved a King Deluxe Suite , which has a king bedroom ,and a separate living room and bathroom. (we ALWAYS get this suite). After getting the key card I went to the room and it was a regular king bed and bathroom, it was not a suite at all. I went back to the front desk to inform WILL HALL (front office supervisor) that a mistake must have been made because this is not the room I reserved and would he please fix it. He rudely told me that was the room I reserved the room that is shown online are old pictures. If the pictures are old or not I still reserved and paid for a Deluxe King Suite. He still continued to try and overtalk me and try to make me keep this regular room with king bed. Which of course I was not going to accept. He stated I must not have been there before, to my confusion, I asked him how long had he been working there because I have been coming there for 15 years . He said he'd been there almost 1 year. He finally fixed the error while still giving aloy of lip about it, instead of just fixing the error. Out of All my visits there which must be 20 plus, I have never encountered a staff so rude and obnoxious!!!! I hope I never have to deal with him again. Because I will be back. Like I said,Normandy is one of my favorite hotels . It's absolutely gorgeous!! We we planning our wedding renewal to be there but I have a lot of family and those coming out of town , I will not have them subject to Will Hall and his rude arrogant know it all attitude!!

Pleasant

The morning complementary breakfast was nothing. We had to go out to eat as a group. Spending $45 a person for the brunch was unreal. The complimentary breakfast could have at least had cereal and stuff. There was no st down and eating.

Nice staff but building needs some revamping. Get breakfast elsewhere.

Staff were great. The room was clean, linens were crisp and fresh.

The room was clean but needs some modernizing. The radiator was really loud. The toilet paper holder was falling apart. The shower water pressure was weak. Breakfast was not good at all- scrambled eggs did not taste like eggs, bacon was overcooked, pastry weren’t fresh, fruits were bland. The breakfast room was dark and badly lit.

Not staying there ever again.

Room size was ok.

Front desk staff is very poor, ineffective, inefficient, misinformed, they messed up my credit hold by doubling it to $900+, they added 4 people in my room, they misinformed of shuttles, there is no water bottles in the room, the TV is pathetic, only buffet and no a la carte in restaurant, ...overall not a professional hotel. I have organized a 200 people event and 42 of those stayed at Normandy, they were supposed to charge the company directly but that did not happen, I do not intent using this hotel again.

Exceptional

Our suite was beautiful. The young man at the front desk went above and beyond bringing us ice while it was raining! We had to wait while our room was being finished, but we watched the game at the bar. We'll definitely be back!!

Comfy beds but lighting in room not good. Hard to see specifically in bathroom

The lobby was decorated beautifully for Christmas. Always some available at desk to answer questions, etc.

The rooms are too dark. they need better lighting

Good location. Friendly staff.

Saturday night (after wedding day events) was very noisy all night. People were very loud in the hallway all hours of the night. The following three nights (without weddings) were much better.

It is a satisfactory Hotel in Blue Bell

I asked for a warm Room and got one

There is no smoking allowed in the rooms or the courtyard, so it is very uncomfortable for smoking guests The breakfast was offered from 7:00 am to 9:00 am which is too early for a vacation week

Really nice relaxing stay

Staff was VERY friendly and professional, from the front desk to the housekeepers and random employees we saw around the property - high marks for everyone having a smile and no sullen or disinterested employees anywhere. Also LOVED the free EV charging stations right by the front door - a HUGE bonus. Rooms were very clean and well appointed, and our company party there was really a very nice affair.

My only "issue" was that the room I booked on Booking.com (a king room) wasn't actually available when we arrived, so we were switched to a double queen. Not a bad thing and it worked out fine, but just keep in mind you may not get the room you booked even though it shows as available.

I slept very well

Breakfast was excellent. The only disappointment was the Ada bathroom but not the worst thing in the world.

Beautiful property in suburban Philadelphia

Beautiful property, clean, quiet, spacious and comfortable. Nice ambiance, including a great restaurant, bar and terrace. Understand why it's popular for weddings.

It couldn't have been more perfect. Love this hotel.

My daughter got married there, If i could rate it higher than 10, I would. Had a lot of family stay as well. Staff was exceptional, hotel was gorgeous.

Nothing, was absolutely wonderful.
