Great staff, they did their best to help me feel at home.
Good coffee in the room and very large comfortable room. Location was perfect. Free washer and dryer with detergent was a real bonus.
If I could offer any suggestions a small investment in the gym would make a big difference to gym goers. A full size adjustable bench, heavier dumbbells and some more attachments for the cable machine would make this a gym anyone could benefit from whilst travelling. Not a complaint, just an observation.

This property is very decent if you want more of a hotel/apt. The staff was very nice and the unit was functional and well stocked. It had a great bed. It's easy walking distance to Main St. and downtown Durango.
The living room decor is very dark and the windows can open into a walkway so not very private. The strong smell of artificial fragrance and cleaning products was overpowering in the lobby and common areas. These fragrances can be as irritating to lungs as wildfire or second hand smoke. They made me cough each time I walked into the lobby so we would not stay here again.
