Great location with laundromat attached and convenience store and food very close. We stayed while cycling the Empire trail and could keep our bikes in the room.

Room was very clean. AC worked well. Refrigerator worked well.
I should have paid more for a different property. Mattress sagged near the edge, curtain rod for shower was loose, electrical outlets have not been moved to reflect our need to charge electronics. A woman in neighboring room was speaking loudly until 1:30 AM - a lot of it outside the room on the exterior corridor, then started yelling at a departing man at 4 AM.
I realize that my neighbor's conduct was not the hotel's fault.

What breakfast, there was none.
They need to get new beds, we had no lamps just a big light on the wall, and the wifi was awful
