The inn was a short walk from the theatre area of Ashland so I didn't have to drive into town and find parking. The guest kitchen was handy for keeping leftovers from a restaurant in the fridge and reheating the next day in the microwave. Dishes and cutlery were provided.
The A/C compressor came on every 10-15 minutes during the night. When I went to bed I turned the system to OFF on the wall thermostat, and it was already 67 degrees outside and 70 inside. The thermostat in my room was set at 72. Yet the compressor kept coming on and cold air was blowing through the ceiling vents. After a couple of hours of this and no sleep, I closed both ceiling vents. However, the compressor kept turning on noisily and the fan kept blowing noisily and I could still feel cold air blowing in the room, probably because the cold air return is in the ceiling above the bed. The thermostat in the room has nothing to do with the temperature or vents in that room. Another thermostat must be controlling it. I could find no way to turn the system off. Also, every time the fan turned off after the compressor stopped for 10 minutes, there was a clang like a valve closing somewhere above the ceiling. As a result I got almost no sleep.

We loved the quiet neighborhood location. The property is lovely, with a large, nicely landscaped yard and a pool. Our room also had its own little private yard, which was lovely. It was great to have the kitchen facilities, which we used for coffee and a simple breakfast.
The bed sheets were scented. I am allergic to many laundry scents and I had problems with this. I would recommend using unscented products.

No breakfast provided, but did have a room available with microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, toaster and china and utensils. Bed was excellent. Large courtyard with tables. Had small pool that was a surprise.
Shower head was not adjustable. Room was pretty small, but well arranged.
