I had surgery not long before our stay and was automatically booked on the second floor. I asked if there was a first floor available at check-in and the desk person found a way to get us a first floor room! I am so appreciative of the front desk for figuring out how to make sure I wouldn't have to use the stairs! We did have to wait like half an hour or so for the room, but given the circumstances, that was more than reasonable!
The bathroom was definitely cleaned in a rush so we didn't really want to use the shower, which sucked. I would have rather the cleaning person told the front desk to call us and say they needed more time. Over all the room was clean, but the tub wasn't. Though that was really the only negative we had!

It was small, convenient and allowed dogs. The room had non rug flooring which was clean.
The towels were very worn, with a hole in the hand towel. The light on the one bedside light did not work.

⭐ 10/10 — THIS IS HOW YOU RUN A HOTEL
Ended up here after a nightmare experience at another property in the Dayton area and the staff made us feel like the whole night turned around the second we walked in.
Rooms were spotless. Vinyl plank flooring throughout — no nasty carpet trapping years of filth, just clean, easy to see it's actually clean. That alone puts them ahead of properties charging twice the price.
Location is perfect. McDonald's, gas stations, and Walmart all close by.
Nothing to not like😊
