The room was large and had lots of outlets. The beds were comfortable. The pancakes at breakfast were great. The housekeeping staff were really nice.
My bathroom was dirty when I checked in, there was hair on the floor and in the shower. The water pressure in my room was also really bad.

The complimentary breakfast was nice and good quality
The type of coffee machine/dispenser. Requires people to wait for each cup to be dispensed one at a time & creates a lot of waste; doesn't dispense a full cup of coffee either.
Also...our bed linens felt slightly damp...which was wierd.
