They serve a very good breakfast with omelette bar. The staff was very friendly and helpful
The room had a little strange smell coming from the Heating and AC unit. It was also a little strange to have to walk to another building to use the hot tub and pool.

I have stayed at this Best Western before. The location is great for wine tasting in the Prosser area. The rooms are always clean, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast was above average with the addition of an omelette station for made to order omelettes. There was some difficulty with the elevator initially but that was promptly fixed.
One tiny flaw: Our room was for 3 adults. It had 2 queen beds so potentially 4 people could have stayed in this room However, there were only 2 coffee cups which we had to share.

Staff was very friendly. It was clean and inviting, our room was spacious. Options for regular coffee or the cappuccino machine in the lobby was a big plus for us! Pool was clean and very warm but the hot tub was cold!! I know front desk was working on it but we chose the hotel to stay at for the pool and hot tub and were not informed the hot tub was not in working order.
