About this apartment rental
Large and new apartment (140 m2) a few meters from Piazza Cavour and 200 meters from Castel Sant'Angelo, 400 meters from San Pietro, 700 meters from Piazza del Popolo.
The apartment can comfortably accommodate 8 people and the proximity to major tourist sites and public transport stops makes it perfect for a stay in Rome.
Luxury Cavour is composed as follows:
- Double living room with air conditioning, wifi, TV, dining table and 3 sofas.
The living room, thanks to the architecture of the apartment, can be closed easily, turning into a single living room with a double sofa bed and a bedroom with 2 single beds.
- 2 large double bedrooms with large wardrobes, air conditioning and TV
- 2 bathrooms with walk-in showers
- large kitchen, fully equipped for preparing meals and with a small table for breakfast
The apartment is equipped with wifi, hairdryer, iron, coffee machine, washing machine, dishwasher, air conditioning, sheets and towels.
The fine furnishings and paintings made up of Hermes and Gucci scarves are just one of the many valuable notes of this house.

THE DISTRICT
Rione Prati is of recent construction, in fact it was born through the action of the municipal council on 20.08.1921 which decided to reduce the extension of the nearby Borgo district.
The name of Prati has ancient origins as the toponym of the place and meant precisely the meadows that extended from the surroundings of Castel S. Angelo.
Due to its size, the area lent itself to being used as a base camp for armies interested in the conquest, and sometimes even in the defense of Rome. This military character remained in the area for a long time, subsequently used for exercises until the construction, in the late nineteenth century, of the large barracks of Prati and the naming of the contiguous area of Piazza d'Armi, today in the Vittoria district.
Today, the many shops, bars and restaurants make this neighborhood full of life! Here are the things we recommend:
- Stroll along via Cola di Rienzo admiring the shop windows to get to Piazza Risorgimento, a stone's throw from Piazza San Pietro
- As an alternative to shopping, for an exciting experience, you can cross Borgo Pio starting from Castel Sant'Angelo to find yourself near Bernini's Colonnade and gradually discover the facade of the Basilica.
- What to see: Piazza Cavour, Palace of Justice, Via Cola di Rienzo – Shopping, Church of the Sacred Heart of Suffrage - Museum of the "Souls in Purgatory", Dario Argento Museum of Horrors, Piazza Risorgimento, Via Ottaviano – Shopping, Castel Sant 'Angelo, Borgo Pio, Via della Conciliazione, Auditorium Santa Cecilia.

ACCESS TO THE HOUSE IS NOT PERMITTED AFTER 00.30 - YOU WILL THEREFORE BE ASKED TO PROCEED WITH THE CANCELLATION OF THE RESERVATION
- The tourist tax (€ 6 per night per person) will be paid in cash upon arrival.
- For bookings longer than a week, a weekly cleaning of € 60 is provided in addition to the final cleaning of the apartment.

IMPORTANT: to complete the online check-in it is necessary to attach a photo of your identity card or passport. The driving license is invalid.
Upon request, guests must send documents relating to the registration of arrivals.

This place was awesome. Restaurants in the neighborhood (generally English friendly); a block from a main bus stop by the Supreme Court of Italy building; a grocery store around the corner; walkable to Vatican, Trevi; subway up the street that gets you to the main Rome terminal or Colosseum. Great apartment, well furnished, great shower, great AC; great host allowed us to drop the bags a few hours early. My caution for Rome: make sure you buy the right bus/subway ticket. I recommend the Roma48 or 72 depending on stay length. You can buy it from the machines at the station. If you don’t have the right ticket or it scanned properly, 50 fine, and just like my visit 28 years ago, they had people checking! And the host made our reservations for pickup and drop off to FCO and the transport was fantastic and professional!

Excellent location and a beautiful apartment with everything we needed for a fantastic stay in Rome. My “heads up” to other travelers is that the lead in and check in process with the company that manages this property were almost comically ridiculous in the length and number of texts, often in capital letters. The app needed to get into the apartment was not working and the contact person just kept repeating, “It’s easy! Follow the directions! It’s easy!” The contact with these people should not discourage you from this apartment but just be prepared to be unnecessarily hassled with it as they dramatically overcomplicate it. Once we got in though, the stay was flawless in the apartment.
