It was very modern and stylish. The man on reception was brilliant and loved British people and showed us pictures of him with Freddie Mercury. He was a real laugh

Great location , close to downtown restaurants. Nice room. The swimming pool was good on the 19th floor, plenty of pool towels. A great feature is the bar upstairs adjacent to the pool with fantastic views.
Requested a late checkout & agreed.
Front desk staff very good , chatty & pleasant.
The breakfast service was slow, took ages for the food to come & missing some items. Which I pointed out but then provided. The selection not as good as other Westins. Our server disappeared for a while, presumed on a break. Had to request coffee top ups a few times with out being offered.
Our room was at the end of the floor. As we entered spotted a swimsuit outside the sealed window & some rubbish. Must have been dropped from a balcony or the rooftop pool. Cleaning staff should have noticed.

Good location, valet and bar staff really friendly and helpful.
Look out for additional charges, ended up paying an extra 70 dollars a night in taxes. Also valet parking (which is the only option) is an additional 50 dollars a day.
When checking in the receptionist (small lady in glasses) was extremely rude and abrupt and wasn’t much help at all.
The valet parking on Sunday morning when checking out was chaos. It took 25 mins to get our car!!
Nice hotel, badly run.
