Location, spacious room, outdoor pool, complementary breakfast and happy hour.
$40 self parking is a bit pricey, but you can park at the public parking lot the other side of the road at $20.

The location for sure, very close to downtown, and beaches.
The restaurant was small for the amount of people staying. They charge 28.00 a day for resort fee, giving you a credit if you eat at the restaurant. But there was no space. The last day for breakfast was chaotic. Long lines and no tables. In the pool area, food left behind and towels as well.

There was a charge of $40 to park our vehicle. That was not listed anywhere when we booked the room prior to our arrival.
