Disappointing

It was close to harbour and shops but did not feel like a holiday stay.

Sounds entitled but the room we booked had a sofa-bed for my son, when we arrived it wasn’t made up, we asked at reception and then a guy turned up with a bag of bedding and handed it to us to make ourselves. At $550 per night before taxes this was not acceptable. The lifts were so slow we took the grimy stairs as much as possible. The food/breakfast was terrible other than the fresh Omelette station.

Nice Place $$

Very nice property with an excellent view from our upper story room, close to restaurants that you can easily walk to, excellent breakfast included in rate and breakfast dining area with a view. The staff was also kind and friendly except for the guy cooking our omelettes. The room is a bit expensive but the facilities are nice.

We went for spring break for 2 days. It was pleasant.

Location was nice. Continental breakfast was good.

Our room wasn’t very clean. Sofa sleeper had stains and was uncomfortable. Carpet stained in hallways.

Bad value for the money

Location

Unconditional living room furniture. Poor bathroom places to put your personal items , towels etc. Poor parking when first arriving to check in. Certainly too expensive for the room and lack of comfort.

Superb

Large comfortable room with great views.

I parked in the handicapped parking on the second floor of the garage due to my older mother who uses a walker and wheelchair. In order to enter the area where the elevators were it was necessary to go up a short incline and manually open a heavy door. This was difficult for me to do while pushing my mother in her chair and would have been impossible for a person who uses a wheelchair and is travelling alone.

Wonderful experience and location

Clean and well kept. Friendly and helpful staff from check in to check out. Cook , Regina, is exceptional and makes the best omelette! Mr. Dave is a ray of sunshine with his friendly and witty personality every morning during breakfast.

This was a celebration of our 16th wedding anniversary. The hotel is very well placed and the facility and amenities are

The hotel was extremely clean, staff was professional and helpful.

Our first room reeked of cigarette smoke. This issue was rectified very quickly by management. Taylor ensured to offer a method to resolve the inconvenience and we greatly appreciate him for this.

The air conditioning not working good. I have to request a fan. I think the price is expensive when we really never have the housekeeping service.

Very poor

I would NOT stay here again! We came for a fun girls trip. For$300 a night we got rude uneducated front desk staff, a restaurant and bar with rude uneducated staff with ill equipped bar and services (like a shuttle) that just didnt exist. Location was all it had going for it but we could have stayed at other close by hotels. Hindsight...

My stay was disappointing and over priced.

The lobby had pleasant aesthetics and the staff was friendly.

There were clothes lying on the bench upon entrance and I could not use my app upon arrival to check in. I was unaware I had to pay for parking and was notified of this at check-in. The couch in our room and the carpeting looked grungy. The view, though out of your control should be portrayed in a disclaimer. Your photos are deceiving on your website. They portray a beautiful view when in reality we are staring at a crane that says HOAR in big letters across it. Total transparency is appreciated and even a discount because the hotel is not as nice as it is portrayed.
