Very clean and nice hotel. Just be prepared to pay over $200 for 1 night when room is advertised as $125

Very clean and fancy feeling

You have to pay $12 a day for parking and then getting Charged $15 a person for “breakfast” which consisted of toast, yogurt, and cereal

Comfortable and modern hotel for a weekend away

Room and hotel were comfortable and modern. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. Bathroom was modern, liked the rainfall and also handheld shower heads. Did not love paying for parking but it was nice parking in a covered garage. Nice proximity to MOA and to jump on highway to get to other nearby places. Would definitely stay again. Restaurant next door is good.

Paying for parking. Room could have been slightly bigger.

Clean. Accommodating. Breakfast unimpressive. Additional cost for parking excessive.

The staff at the desk were very accommodating when Booking.com did not book our rooms under the name as expected. When we arrived none of the information from Booking.com was on the hotel computer and Tracey (receptionist) was diligent and creative in ensuring we had a place to stay for 6 people.

The first receptionist informed us that they did not have our reservations. She did call other hotels, but pretty much told us we were out of luck. It wasn't until Tracey took over that they were able to find us rooms and figure out the issue.

Good location, nice facility, but NOISY.

Very modern, very clean.

Very noisy. We could hear every footstep in the room above us, and jets flew over constantly. Very poor sound insulation. Sleeping was difficult at best.

Would definitely return- it was great overall.

The location was excellent. We did drive to the mall, but you could walk. The room was very nice. The hotel staff was friendly. The food in the hotel was great, but there were other options right outside the front door. They also provided us with a large coupon book for the mall upon check in.

Our room was right beside the elevators and the music in that area was extremely loud and at times you could hear it in the room. You do have to pay to park in the garage and it didn’t really make sense why with there obviously not being enough open spaces in front of the hotel, especially with restaurants sharing the space, & they were redoing the parking lot so most of their spots weren’t even open.

Close to the mall and restaurants, free parking, clean, comfortable bed!!!! Friendly informative staff!!!

When we sat outside for a drink you couldn't come back in without going all the way around to the front door when you wanted to order again.

Dark. Depressing. Jail like

Location was very close to the mall and the hotel was clean

The hotel is dark and makes you feel sad. The halls are dark. The room is so dark. I could not believe how small our room was. Between it being the smallest hotel room I've ever been in and how dark it was I can't give this clean hotel a good review. The room made us feel instantly depressed. It was dark and bare and cold. The bathroom was tiny and thanks to gaps in the sliding door you had zero privacy. Be prepared for anyone with you to hear everything in that bathroom. The shower was a tiny standing only shower. Big enough to turn around. I was shocked by this room. The curtains covered half the window and they couldn't be pulled all the way over. We could not wait to get out of this jail cell feel.

Perfectly met our needs and was easily accessible.

Facilities were very clean. Bed was comfortable. Loved having a place to get a late night snack/drink. Easy to find car the airport.

Lighting is pretty dim in the rooms. Would love a magnifying mirror in the bathroom for makeup.
