We left so early in the morning that we didn't have breakfast
Unfortunately, because of the weather, the room was extremely cold. Staff did what they could by providing extra blankets

The one staff member who checked us in was very helpful. Understood l was not feeling well and assisted in checking us in early.
Room was clean and bed was comfortable
Weather was cold, the room heat didn't work, no extra blankets, no way to reach staff on site.
Many features were very warn, bottoms of doors chipped. Mirror silver warn off, lighting strips burnt out or hanging funny, ripped and torn window blinds, portable air conditioner and mini fridge in the middle of the floor. Could not find ice machine but bucket was provided.
No coffee or tea provided in the room.
Once checked in there is no Staff on site to answer questions or assist with issues.
Was sick and had a very late flight, wanted to stay an extra 5 hours, for a reasonable fee. However, they wanted to charge me half the price of a rehular night, even though, l was told they would definitely still rent it for full price again after 5 or 6 pm. I was very sick and very upset by this., a quarter of a night was more than fair.
