My first room location was right by the back door. As a single female I did not like this location. I asked about a room change and the front desk staff immediately took care by changing my room.
There was road noise, but that was to be expected since it was right off the main highway.

The location was good.
The shower was not warm and would be cold at times. We were told we could hang out in the banquet room as we reserved it but then kept being told we had to leave. Also was tried to be charged again after I told front desk I paid online and had my email confirmation and also see another charge for $4.00 on my card and not sure what it’s for.
