The room was nice and the bathroom was large. The facility was clean and the staff seemed very friendly and enjoyed their jobs. All of the desk personnel were terrific! Staff was genuinely concerned about your stay and if you needed anything.

The hotel was only a mile from the lovely downtown area of Brighton and the restaurants.
The hotel has free laundry, along with a cabinet of supplies (like crock pots, etc) that can be borrowed during your stay.
The bed was comfortable.
The staff is very nice and friendly. The lady who checked us in was extra helpful.
The hotel was full, yet it was very quiet, which we appreciated very much.
Overall the rooms and bathrooms are dated. The bathroom needs a deep clean and remodel.

We were greeted by Jerry and check in was excellent. The coffee in the little store as very good.
Received excellent customer service from Jerry, Ron & Catherine!
Our TV remote wasn't working properly, but the front desk took care of it promptly. Excellent customer service.

No food was offered.
Room was small. Bathroom dated. Heard noise above my room. No house keeping. Parking lot was full. Tv was small.
