Great location for walking to the chair lifts. Plenty of fire wood, and fire starter. Fully stocked kitchen appliances.

Very dry, humidifier was a good addition, but needed to work more efficiently.

We were there for work, but the Wi-Fi was very weak, and spotty throwing one out of the system. Could not have intended meetings. That was the worst. The heater barely heats the apartment. The Master bedroom would heat to 57 to 60 degrees even if the heater was set to 75+ degrees. The bathroom was even much colder. No space heater was available, even though we requested a space heater. None was delivered. The television did not work the whole time. We requested a repair and someone form management came over, but it could not be fixed. When we arrived the driveway was so snowed in that we could not get to the garage. We spent 2 hours digging out our car (with no help) and could only park it in another garage in the complex. We informed the management that we had parked in another garage and they texted back that they could not guarantee that our car may be towed (no other help offered). We later discovered that if one sat in the cold car in the garage the wifi worked a little better. Meaning the system is clearly underpowered and we had professional work and meetings to do that could not be done in a cold car! Went to the office of the condo complex to mention some of the initial problems, but no one was there. Then dialed phone numbers that were listed, and the person said they could not address the problems and we should contact the management company Vicasa. The list goes on. (Most condos have an instruction book for use of facilities, but this condo does not have that. WiFi password is on the wall, but the WiFi barely worked anyway. Finally found the humidifier tucked away somewhere on the last day). I have not previously complained about a hotel room or condo rental before, but feel a significant reimbursement is warranted in this case.

Everything was clean. There were lots of clean towels. Good variety of dishes. The place is very friendly. The beds are in great size. The checking and out was very easy.

A chair was broken. There was a smell like humidity. There was no TV services.

Would have been nice to have a few staples in the kitchen like salt and pepper and maybe some olive oil. And a few good knives. Pillows could have been better.

The location is close to downtown and easy to find. The design of this house is very special. There are comprehensive utensils in the kitchen. The house is very clean. They make you feel at home. The master room is very comfortable, but the air still very dusty even we closed the windows because there were wildfires nearby.

Stayed for two nights. Poor management, they should have sent out a notification if there was a wildfire nearby. When we arrived, the air quality was very bad outside the house, as well as the indoor. We had sore throats because of the dust, even just stayed at home and the windows were closed. We called the property management for the air filter, they said they will ask someone to find out a solution on the other day, but they never show up or call me back. The wifi disconnected on the second day, the property manager said they are going to fix it, but they never show up. The mattresses in the guest room were broken, had a rough night in that room. You pay what you get, but before you go, check if any wildfire nearby, if so, bring an air filter and a humidifier with you, especially you have an allergy like me. Don't expect the property manager will help you with anything.

Comfortable and clean. Close to lifts, walking distance. Well appointed kitchen. Easy parking underground. Easy to be there with small children.

The downstairs neighbors asked us to try to be more quiet in the morning. We could also hear upstairs neighbors at 3am.
