The location was great

The bunk beds were really small with no ladder to get on top bunk and the bathroom was small but served it’s purpose

Easy access to the beach

The condo itself needed a good cleaning! The walls and fans were covered in dust. Also there is enough room for 6 people but you are only given 1 parking pass.

Tybee was beautiful a lot if history and things to see !! food was really pricey

Tybee island is beautiful!! But the facility was not on the ocean it was on a bay couldn’t set the ocean till you walk to it. I was not aware of that till we got there, TV / internet was terrible, TV was really bad, the facility was clean

Overall we had a very pleasant and relaxing vacation.

The location was great and we had easy access to the beach!!

The bedroom was a bit small and so was the bed. I also could have used an elevator on both ends of the building.

It was a great family vacation.

Location was the best part. The pool was nice but too cold to swim. I recommend visiting Fort Pulaski and hucapoo’s for your morning coffee. The apartment is in a nice, quiet area. I felt safe walking around with my 2 young kids.

The bed wasn’t very comfortable. There’s not a lot of restaurants in walking distance, and you have to pay for parking in town.

Ok but not great

The location is good, especially if you want to be close to the beach (which wasn't our case). The apartment has all the basic amenities for a short stay.

1. Beware of hidden fees! The advertised price for three nights was $330, but the total price we had to pay was $670 !!! which included taxes + service fee+ plus additional $210 cleaning fee ( BTW. I am paying this much for a month to clean my entire 3 bedroom house) 2. Be ready for an unusual check-in/out times (5 pm and 10 am) and be ready that your entry code will be reset at exactly 10:15 am !!! 3. The checking process wasn't very smooth, especially the part about getting the access card from the broken lock box when it is dark and a few other families are trying to do the same. 4. When you arriving after 5 pm after a long drive and agreed to pay a substantial amount of service fee you may expect a few bottles of drinking water at the place, but NO, nothing like that is offered.

It’s super close to the beach and local restaurants and shops. It’s peaceful and relaxing.

We loved the beach experience!

I loved the theme of the room and location. The cleanliness level was good. All the basics provided were well thought out.

The age of the kitchen cabinets and drawers and closets felt old and not very nice. I would have loved and set of camp chairs provided to take to the beach

A fresh coat of paint can go a very long way, but this facility still needed more. We paid $847 for a total of 3 nights.

It was close to the beach with access as advertised.

It was dirty and dusty. All the main areas were cleaned but every corner or crevice clearly had years of neglect and use in them. There were mosquitos inside the condo. Very clear sign there was repeated cigarette smoking indoors in our unit. A fresh coat of paint can’t get rid of that lingering smell on all the walls and furniture. The couch in the living room had a giant stain on it, and I didn’t want to sit on it even fully clothed. The bedroom had an exterior wall that was shared with the interior public hallways for thru traffic. For whatever reason it has a window viewing the hallway and the head of our bed was beneath the window so as you are attempting to sleep or otherwise in your bed all thru traffic can be heard throughout the night. Our shower clogged the first night we were there, and after fixing it, it clogged again the last day we were there. Check in is at 5pm! Pretty much useless. You’re paying for a whole day you don’t get. I work overnights and wanted to drive there straight from work but instead had to wait until 5pm. The management were unwilling to compromise at all.

Pool guys and the pool were great. That was a really great environment and we felt very welcomed

Never ate breakfast there.

Towels and wash cloths in the room had brown stains. Bathroom walls also had long brown hair all over them. Beds were not comfy.

I had a wonderful time at Tybee however due to their new beach rules this year I won’t be back.

I did greatly enjoy the location it was a nice private area.

It was somewhat smaller than I expected and some areas could have been cleaned a little better like around the baseboards in the bathroom. The bathtub definitely needs a mat to stand on for some reason it is extremely slick.

great location. clean and neat

antique bed that squeaked when you rolled over. Didn’t sleep well. Check in time 5:00 is too late and request for early check in met with denial without explanation

Our stay was great we loved it and we will be back.

The property was clean and in a great area.

It was all great the only thing that we didn’t know was that we had to wash our own towels and they don’t bring you more during your stay and it took awhile in the laundry mat because you couldn’t leave your clothes unattended but other than that it was perfect.

Amazing

The location, it was very peaceful and quiet.

The unit could have been cleaned alot better. There was dirt and sand in floor. Food wrappers under couch. Just a little dirty. Needs a deep clean.

Very good

The view from the room was great, could see a good bit of the ocean. The pool was amazing and the staff that over looked it was very accommodating. The short walk down to the beach was great. This location was a short drive down to the south beach board walk.

The cleanliness of the room, had found a soda bottle underneath a table, a pacifier in the couch and no hand soap was provided in the bathroom. Also the top bunk bed didn't have safety rails so didn't feel comfortable putting my kids up there and also the ladder could have been more sturdy.

Lovely stay overall beautiful beach and area.

Being on the beach

The fact that house keeping won’t give keep towel, you have to pay and wash the ones that were there, when people go on vacation they want the luxury of not having to launder everyday necessities. And the lady that walks around is not very friendly.

Good deal

The location is great, the room has everything you'd need. Private beach, private gated entry, balcony with a decent ocean view. Cable TV, stocked kitchen utensils and dishes.

The staff on-site are not the best, almost feel the need to walk on egg shells even tho we paid $1,300 to spend 9 days there. Water got shut off for about 6 hours our third day there i believe it was. Hot water only lasts for one shower. The guy spilled a bucket of paint in the parking lot and then ran it over, so there is a big mess of paint that will be there for probably a year or so at least. All things that are ultimately the responsibility of the on-site management.
