I like the amenities and the location
the only things I didn’t like about the property is there’s no wifi.But you can access wifi in common areas like activity center

The friendliness, cleanliness, and peace and quiet of the park was exceptional! Our cabin was ready and stocked with everything you could possibly need for a 5-night stay. The store at the park had everything you MIGHT have forgotten for your stay. The staff, both rangers and cleaning, were so friendly... I felt I knew them for years. And the same for the store clerk and café. The activity center and café were conveniently located on site and also very clean and friendly. Though the cabin I chose was somewhat pricey, I would, without question, stay here again. The rules and regulations of the park is what makes Pio Pico a great place to stay!
I cannot even think of anything I didn't like about this location/resort. It has everything you need on site, or if you need to get to "town", you needed to drive just a few more miles to reach a chain of retailers.

I love cabin and beautiful but not a dog friendly and they are trying to get hold of me which i can't since i was so busy.
The lady staff was not responsible and was annoyed while i was in middle of something. It is like make me do the work but not to stay and relax. Not satisfied and never again plus never come back again. I was so disappointed with their website as well since it is pet pet-friendly cabin.
