Very clean hotel, with friendly staff. Buffet breakfast was outstanding.
The Hotel is starting to show its age, and still has smoking rooms which leaves an unpleasant odour in the corridors. The staff are not proficient in the use of English was limited at times.

Returning to this hotel is always a pleasure. The breakfast selection remains excellent, and the accommodations are consistently comfortable and well-maintained. The outstanding service stands out the most; the staff remembered me and gave me a warm "Welcome Back" upon arrival. It provides a wonderful sense of being right at home.
Honestly, there is absolutely nothing to complain about when staying here! Every aspect of the experience is wonderful. If I had to nitpick or mention one tiny thing, it would only be that the room prices have increased quite a bit compared to before. While the hotel is excellent and worth the stay, the higher rates do make it a bit more of a splurge than it used to be. But overall, it is still a fantastic place!

Good breakfast, Nice reception. Gave us a nice surprise for our anniversary
Hotel rooms are dated, Carpet not clean on the passage to your rooms, Damp smell and this can be really bad and off putting and a few maintenance issues in the rooms with the doors and a few other things. The doors are very dirty. I do think they spend quite a lot of effort on the reception area more than the room.
