What a find! Fantastic stay in Charleston!

The location was absolutely fantastic! Next door to fantastic restaurants and walkable to all the King Street shopping. Only 150 feet from the free 211 bus. The place was so nice. Two very comfortable bedrooms, a cute sitting area and a kitchen. There's a lovely patio with couches right outside of the unit, perfect for morning coffee! Would be a perfect adult vacation spot!

Due to the setup (the entire complex is gated), they don't allow deliveries. That threw my plan for a loop a bit as I was traveling alone with kids and planned to have my groceries delivered. I totally understood once I saw the layout but wish that had been included in the initial communication. The walls are thin and we could hear the next door neighbors conversations. It is next door to a couple bars, so loud at night.

Lovely visit that was marred by avoidable problems

Loved the location. We felt secure. The rooms were beautifully appointed. we had plenty of towels

We received a text saying the facility was ready for early check-in; however when my sister arrived and had difficulty getting in, the service representative was very unpleasant to her. Additionally, the upstairs toilet wasn’t working properly. We notified on Friday; however it wasn’t fixed until Sunday. E loved the local group but the corporate group was not impressive

Good location.

The lock on the door was very hard to open. Also, the one bedroom was subject to a lot of noise after 11pm.

The condo was nice

It was 2 doors down from a rooftop bar with live music. It was so loud from 9pm til 3am it was like being at the bar.

We had a great time and all in all, the apartment satisfied our needs.

Location

A sandy material was a constant in the sheets in the right bedroom. I’ve seen this in a previous review. The winding staircase was a pain with luggage to and from but we managed. The lock system into the apartment was tricky and should be easier to navigate. The chairs should be updated because you tend to sink into the cushion.

We love the Apt! Clean, decorated nicely, and provided everything we needed!

We loved hanging out on the outdoor space!

Unloading and loading your belongings is a little challenging if you are coming with several days worth of stuff.

The condo was clean, attractive, and had a lovely outdoor sitting area.

The location was good. At least two excellent restaurants were right there.

It would have been nice to be warned of the amount of stairs necessary to climb to reach the condo and then the bedrooms. Another helpful warning would be about the very loud music Thursday through Saturday nights.

This was a great location. Vacasa was very attentive to our needs.

The location was great and so was the parking garage. We loved the apt. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The company would not accommodate changing my reservation due to a hurricane coming directly to Charleston on the weekend for my stay. I asked multiple times to change to a different weekend because I was not comfortable driving to the area and was told no changing. Unacceptable and very disappointing!

Very good

Clean. Nice space outdoors as well as nice rooms. Good recommendations for nearby restaurants. It was farther away from downtown sites than I expected.

Air conditioner was too loud and too much of air flow. No water pressure.

Construction vehicles using the parking area made it difficult at times to turn around.

We could not get TVs to work, We had to go up very awful star cases to get to bedrooms. I

The beds were very nice and We slept well
