Breakfast, not busy, location
Housekeeping not readily available. Only one elevator working. Front desk staff not friendly.

Our room was cleaned thoroughly every day, and we always returned to a clean, tidy and pleasant environment. I had previously stayed at a hotel belonging to the same chain in Philadelphia, and I received a similarly high standard of service here.
The reception staff were polite, but their communication was not always sufficiently attentive. Although I explained that English is not my first language and asked them to speak more slowly, my request was not taken into consideration. In addition, a parking fee appeared on our bill even though we had informed the staff upon arrival that we had arrived by Uber and did not use the hotel parking.
