Good for one night

Convenient & safe location, View , Managment was great and responsive, flexible check In-out

We tried to use jacuzzi twice and we weren't able to ise it because the water was cold , defenetly shower heads need to be replaced. Bed mattress spring was too old and not comfortable. We tried the other , but that was broken too.

Disappointing

nice views, even thought we arrived late and left early

there was no hot water. we explicitly booked for the 'hot' tub, and all water in the unit was cold or frigid. the girls got sick as a result of being in a cold hot tub. little pride of ownership; I am sure the unit was beautiful when built, but paint is peeling everywhere, electrical outlets are loose, plumbing fixtures loose. My guest and his friend had to take a freezing shower in the AM.

Pleasant

It was a good home base to find a cancer treatment place for our friend from Scottland!

The oven didn't work,🤨 the lamps in master bdrm didn't work the toilet in middle bdrm was loose the place wS nice, but in disrepair, electric door locks didn't work But management responded immediately with key an We were instantly upgraded from 1st room !!!! An swimming pool was not accessible with pool key!

Gorgeous property, wonderful weekend stay!

Very clean and spacious property. Breathtaking view, located in a charming little town minutes away from Rosarito. The property was HUGE and felt so spacious for our family of 6. The staff was courteous and very helpful and quickly responded to any questions or inquiries we had.

The property has direct Beach access but it’s a bit rough getting down. could use a bit of upgrading.

there was a lot of room and the open space was great for our group

no ac in all rooms. although you get the cold breeze from the ocean, we wanted to close the room doors and still be cool

Had a wonderful weekend with the family. I would totaly recommend this place. Everyone is super nice and helpful.

Great view! Awesome Master bedroom with jacuzzi, and great location to walk in the beach within walking distance!

The beach it's not as clean to get inside but you can walk on the sand and enjoy!

is not located in Rosarito!!! the jacuzzi wasn’t working, leaking this place didn’t work for us

I would not stay in this property again .

it was a nice location by the beach .

the main reason we rented the property was for the hot tub and when we got there we weren’t able to use it because it didn’t have any hot water running . It was a waste of money .

Great views, but decent stay!

What we enjoyed the most was the balcony view of the cliffs and ocean. It looked really nice during the sunset and in the morning fog as well. The bed was also really comfortable. The guy who showed us the tour before signing was really chill and very accommodating. Also location was a few minutes away from actual Rosarito.

The couch cushions were suppose to be white but had too many dark stains on it and we had to use a blanket to put over the couch to sit on to watch the TV. The wifi was a little slow at some points when I'm assuming everyone was in their designated rooms. The bathroom lacked a mirror as well. Also from the pictures on the booking website, I was under the assumption that the room had a jacuzzi inside it, but it didnt, it had an outdoor shower instead, which also anyone could use, kind of disappointing. Also we got room number 1 which is all the way at the bottom floor and those stairs were a lot! Lol

overall perfect for a quick bday vacation with family.

quiet. close to the beach. hot water. easy access in and out. guard at gate. spacious. clean.

had to adjust to the beach, sewer, and chlorine smells. incomplete areas visible.

Want happy about the lack of jacuzzi and pool also didn’t like that anyone could literally jump a little fence and be in our room

overall a great experience and would stay there again waking up to the ocean right there is Such a blessing and therapeu

view was great and staff very helpful, also nice location and safe

a few items like the slider leading to the balcony door was broken, the glass was broken by another guest and they fixed it. however the slider never worked well. access to the beach is easy via a park at the end of the resort it would be great if they had informed us of that fact, going down the stairs of the place is not easy.

Not worth it.

The view

The walls have a lot of water damage and it made me very upset to have paid so much money for such a run down place. while it was clean, whatever they are using to clean has an unbearable smell and it made my eyes and my kids’ eyes sting.

Great Penhouse, Definitely coming back with friends next time.

everything was amazing, lots of space, the beach front view.

Did not find a thing to dislike, bottles in the bar, wish those were full and not empty lol

Beautiful views, great location and room is very nice.

Room needs maintenance. Not enough hot water for the tub, refrigerator's doors hard to close, shower head needs to be replaced, fire place doesn't work, it should be replaced or remove and TV would not connect to internet.
