The place is better than what it looks and the amount of negative reviews on google.
Bed sheets, bathroom were clean. Room was very spacious (probably because it was hit with too many bad reviews, resulted in less guests visited, rooms are cleaner now as of September 2026, only 4-5 units/25 units booked on my night).
Also very flexible for check-in. It says 3pm on the website but I checked in at 11am and the owner was fine with it (again, probably because not too many guests, so rooms were already clean and ready).
There is also a mini fridge
Not very technological, old school cable TV (not even LED), but I didn't even bother much because I don't watch TV, but it take up some space in the room.
No other equipments in the room like hair dryer, microwave or kettle, but you can use those in the reception. The owner asked if we need it again he can bring it in the room, but at that time (passed 9pm), we were not interested in having stranger in our room, so we politely declined it.
Air conditioning is also an old model, so it makes noise when it runs. We tuned the fan power down to the minimum, it made less noise after that.
