I've stayed here before - they have a community kitchen so you could cook if you wanted to - mostly I needed to freeze things better than a typical room fridge could do. They provided me with rags and cloths so I could clean my gear and keep the floor dry.
the pillows - it was like trying to sleep on a basket ball. I put some towels in a pillow case and ditched their pillows, otherwise it was great!

Dalewood Inn was clean and quiet, and the kind staff let me park my car there while I was off on a kayak-camping trip. Like most older motels, the electrical sockets in the walls are limited, but my room had convenient plug-ins in the lamp bases and an extension strip. Thank you!

The place was comfortable and clean, the staff were friendly. We didn't stay for long and didn't eat there, but there's a restaurant right next door. Everything is very close, very walkable. Will stay here again if we return.
