The hotel was centrally located, the views were great. It was a large room.
Due to the central location there was a lot of traffic noise along with noise from the room up stairs. The furnishings were functional but not particularly comfortable or luxurious. You are paying a high price for the room but most of that is convenience and the view.

The location was excellent as well as car parking right across the street. The bed was comfortable and the washroom was spotless. Everyone from the front desk to the room attendants and restaurant staff were exceptional. The room was quiet with a beautiful view!
The decor and feel of the room in the annex was that of a dormitory. The decor needs to be spruced up and make it feel more Swiss! There is a glaring lack of electrical outlets on the room and the ones that are there barely held an item plugged in - they have loosened with age.

Located close to the Train station - walkable. Decent rooms with small balcony. Overall a nice place.
Nothing exceptional. Breakfast options were quite limited. But decent.

We loved the view from or room, it was the best part of the hotel.
The lack of restaurant and bar staff attention and welcoming.
