Location and convenient parking . 15 minutes to eurotunnel crossing .
15 minutes walk to the harbour . Lovely area with a nice walk , bars and restaurants.
We were given a room on ground floor with no windows that opened . There was a fan in the room which didn’t work (probably because it was full of dust and dirty ) It was a very hot day.
However when I went back to reception to ask for another fan the man offered us another room which had windows that opened as no other fans available . In need of updating ,however price was fitting for the accommodation. You get what you pay for .

Tv was tiny. I don't even know what size of the screen was. I've seen bigger phones or tablets xD

The price was very cheap, hence my answers
The rooms need a total refurbishment,
The breakfast had no hot food ie: English breakfast
