La Sagrada Família was right there

It was a most excellent location lovely to see the Sagrada Familia right there when you left the front door. And beautiful rooftop to see some more of it. With pool. Excellent opportunity for three private sleeping quarters. Keep an eye out for the number 14 on top of the entrance it’s otherwise not that easy to spot. Easiest way to find it is to get to the KFC on the corner and keep walking for about 50 m. If you get dropped off, make sure you get out at the intersection of Carrer de Lepant and Av de Gaudi. Transportation is not allowed to enter Av de Gaudi, so asking for this drop-off point will take you to 2 minutes walk from the apartment There is an excellent supermarket within three minutes walk at the same intersection. I also highly recommend to go into the park at the Cathedral at night and see its reflection in the pond.
People need to be aware that coming home late and being noisy in the hallways carries through. Earplugs helped.

Nice, bright, comfortable apartment. Beds were cozy. Free laundry in the basement. And the terrace - a lovely little swimming pool overlooking Sagrada Familia. Management company was quick to respond to questions via WhatsApp.
I'm a tourist, so I really don't have justification for complaining about tourists - but they were everywhere! We were so close to Sagrada Familia, which was amazing, but by being so close, it meant that it was very crowded touristy street. There was some street noise up through the 5th floor late at night - but it wasn't too bad.

The location of the propriety it’s really great and the apartment it’s well equipped.
The staff was really rude demanding us to leave the flat in 3minutes because we asked for a late check out and paid extra €150 for 3h but the payment was not visible in that very moment ,only after 15min.
The swimming pool it’s not safe due to the sharpe metal edges
