The hotel was very boutique and designed and furnished to a high standard. The room was excellent and very high end shower. The bed and pillows comfortable. The breakfast could be better. The buffet breakfast was very limited and didn't have a big selection. The staff were excellent and friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel as it is only a 20 min walk to the old twon (6min by bus which is right outside the hotel) and a ten minute walk to all the beaches and beach clubs.
The gym could be great f they got some heavier dumb bells that go up to at least 22 or 24kg.

comfortable room, great facilities and, above all, lovely and v helpful staff.
The only thing was that the small, quite new, Sia Split Hotel was slightly difficult for taxi drivers to find and, more importantly, not easy for pick-ups by taxis/Ubers.

First impression was great. Modern lobby and chicly decorated. Room are ok and clean. The disappointment was when you decide to relax and sleep after a long day trip and the air conditioning is not working.. It was set up at 27.6 degrees. Tried to change it and informed the front desk and he came up to check the problem. the room next door and apparently our floor has air conditioning problem. No way to fix it because technicians are off on Sunday night. asked for room change but apparently booked up but only to find out the next day the room next to us was luckily been transferred to another room. While us, barely slept because of the heat.. it was like sauna inside the freaking room. We decide to pen the window for air but noise and mosquitoes! Slept two hours to to be honest. Upon check out we complained about it and ask for a explanation and gesture. But the front desk avoided the responsibility and said he can’t do anything because the reservation was made thru Booking.com. Clearly had no ways to get any solution or minimum reduction for the inconvenience just because it was not booked directly with them. Shame on you because we are guests who just happen to book under different options but deserve equal service and compensation for inconvenience like this! We are not after the reduction in the first place and completely be satisfied should your front desk propose and help us change the room the same night yet despite our complain you opt to neglect it. Zero customer service!!!!!!
