The best staff were Palma and Hisham at Reception. They both were very helpful and sorted out the problems we had promptly and professionally. The rooms were clean and the property was well maintained near the airport and shops with access to the beach and several swimming pools. There were several dining options and events to attend.
Generally the food was fresh and of good quality. The chefs try to provide various dishes and options, however the chicken was consistently overcooked and dry, and there could be more healthier options such as more types of fruit. There were rules about coming into the buffet which were understandable but it meant going outside which was not pleasant in the heat. The main bar and staff were ok but paying meant going to reception which was a hassle. We had issues with mosquitos in our room and we were given some spray and repellent to manage. Most staff were friendly, courteous and responsive. Palma (Guest Relations) and Hisham (Reception)went above and beyond to solve most issues and their efforts are highly appreciated.

I have liked the staff behave they are too polite starting from the receptionists to the barmen and the animation team
I recommend ivy hotel if you want to have good vacation with limited budget

It was reasonable price and beach was nice.
It wasn't clean enough, and bad odor was coming from dirty water drain pipe. It messes bathroom air freshness. Waiters needs to improve their English lvls.
