Charmillion Sea Life Resort

I had the pleasure of staying at Charmillion Sea Life Resort again, just four months after my previous visit, and I can honestly say that coming back was one of the best decisions I could have made. ❤️ My first stay was wonderful, but this time, the experience was even more special. What touched me the most was realizing that I was not treated like a returning reservation number — I was remembered. From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely welcomed. The check-in was incredibly quick and smooth, and the team made me feel comfortable from the very beginning. Many thanks to the reception team (Karam, Khairy, Abdelrahman) But what truly made this stay unforgettable was the way the staff cared about me throughout my entire stay. Their kindness never felt forced or simply part of their job. Many thanks to Ms Maha from the guest relations who always made dure that I was happy, relaxed, satisfied and everything is going better than expected ❤️ I especially want to express my deepest appreciation to the Restaurant Manager, Mr. Mohamed Abdelfattah. His attention, kindness, and genuine concern for my well-being meant a lot to me. He always made sure I was comfortable, enjoying my meals, and feeling well. He went beyond simply making sure I was satisfied — he made me feel genuinely cared for. This kind of hospitality is something you remember. The staff are friendly, polite, welcoming, and always ready to help. Everywhere I went, I felt surrounded by people who genuinely wanted me to have a good experience, thanks so much❤️ The most beautiful part for me was the feeling of being remembered and welcomed back. There is a very special feeling in returning to a place and realizing that the people there remember you, remember your preferences, and are genuinely happy to see you again. I came back to Charmillion Sea Life because I enjoyed my first stay.

The eating facilities was spacious and had a wide selection to choose from.The room was spacios for the 2 of us.Beach was like 2 minutes away and pool right outside of our room.beach offered clear water and some fish swimming around you.water about ankle deep with some spots about hip deep. Close airport and not far from Soho shopping center

only thing that was bad was the grass be watered with reclaimed water. bad smell during this process

Çok keyifli bir tatil geçirdik. Her şey çok güzeldi. Respesiyondaki Kareem ve Muhammed bizi çok iyi karşılayıp uğurladılar. Girişte ücretsiz oda yükseltimi ve bedava aqua park verdiler. Çıkarken de uçağımız geç vakitte olduğu için check-out sonrası oteli kullanmamıza imkan sağladılar.

Beds are comfy. Animation staff good. Food tasty but limited choice. Japanese and Italian restaurant very nice.

Lack of communication between reception and security gate. Long delays getting in and unfriendly security staff. Rooms are dated, need refurbishment. Not a great choice of food, quite repetitive. No cocktails available and very small plastic cups for beer etc. Wine only available in food halls. Air con slow to cool rooms. No fans in bar area, very humid area. Could do with buggys to move people about, long walk from main building to road, hence needing taxis to pick you up but always an issue with security.
