The staff is friendly, especially Sayed at the front desk, who truly took care of everything. The rooms are clean and serviced daily (Bakheit really made sure everything was spotless), the pool and surrounding area are well-maintained, the coral reef is stunning, and the food is delicious and varied, with the option of a la carte restaurants as well. We also loved that dinner has a different theme every day so it doesn't get repetitive. If you stay in one of the hotels, you can move between them and use all of their pools, which is a great added bonus. We will definitely be back

Mahmoud and the staff are great and go out of their way to help you, I took my family and felt safe and well looked after from the moment we arrived to when we left. It's just 10 minutes drive from the airport so you are in the room quickly after a long flight. There's a range of pools, food halls and restaurants which you can choose between (some restaurants need booking through reception.) Spacious rooms, cleaned well and air conditioned. Lots of activities you can book (Desert Safari, Camel, Luxor, Pyramids) and great snorkelling along the reef off the jetty (free if you have your own mask/snorkel.) Just a highly professional, well run and considersate place to stay.
There honestly is not anything I would change about this resort.

One of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and exceptional hospitality. The entire staff was friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile.
The hotel is beautifully maintained, very clean, elegant, and offers outstanding facilities. The food was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options available throughout the day.
The reception team and customer service were amazing, always doing their best to make our stay comfortable and stress-free. A special thank you to Mr. Kirollos for his kindness, professionalism, and outstanding support. He truly went above and beyond to ensure we had a perfect stay.

Reception staff were friendly. Buffet was really good. Location near the sea and airport was nice.
Not 5 star hotel. Room and facilities were old and not well cared for. Quite dirty.
