Well kept, nice staff, good Wi-Fi and plenty of parking
The unnerving noises the lift made and how far if was from anywhere.
Also on a personal note I don’t like memory foam mattresses

Staffs are very friendly
Don’t know why, but lot of dust in the room, I know they have cleared it, but dust flows down, even my mobile put on the table for a while, has dust on it. And bed sheets have dirty spots.

As we book 5 months in advance we got a bargain price for Easter holidays. Bed was comfy, nice shower.

The carpet was filthy as hell… We felt that management was trying to budget expenses, being the most ecological country plastic glades in the bathroom and paper mugs in the bedroom, if you pay for the normal price (120€/ night) you expect more quality. And definitely more cleaning.
Dogs are allowed, 15€ per dog per night… a complete abuse … having seen the carpet condition.. the dog slept on the bed. my dog was cleaner than the carpet.
the second day we made some sandwiches for the day, the cleaners did not cleaned the desk, beds were done and towels changed, tho.
I just believe this place is a little bit expensive for what you get.
