Room was lovely. Furniture very classy. Very spacious.
Too far from town. I would rather have stayed right in the town. I tried walking once but from then on used Uber.

Brilliant location, good breakfast
Staff are amazing, so happy and friendly. Rooms were very comfortable and staff went out of there way to help and make sure we were happy. Will definitely stay again

We thought it was comfortable, the beds are good, the staff are v friendly, breakfast was excellent (except for the table spraying).
The staff were able to resolve the issue that was caused by booking.com not giving them the information that we needed twin beds. Good thing though was that the room hadn't been sprayed with heavy duty cleaning products. When we changed room because of the beds it did smell strongly of synthetic hormone dysrupting chemicals.
My main issue with the hotel is that they use excessive amounts of chemicals in the cleaning products they use.
At breakfast the staff constantly sprayed toxic cleaning products on the table instead of straying the cloth. I asked a number of times that staff get properly trained. Ideally they should start using non toxic products that are now easily available to buy.
