Situated in Dollar Point, this lovely condo for $191 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Comfortable bottom-floor vacation rental unit at St. Francis Lakeside condominiums. The open floor plan with kitchen, dining area and living room flowing together for a great entertaining space make this unit easy to enjoy. The kitchen is equipped for all of your cooking needs. Summer guest can use the simple patio area to enjoy the outdoors. Winter guests can cozy up to the wood-burning fireplace. The two guest bedrooms each have two Twin beds. They share a common bathroom in just down the hallway. The master bedroom has a Queen bed and its own large private bathroom. There is also wifi access in the unit for your communication needs. The Homeowner association indoor hot tub is open during the winter months and the development also has a swimming pool, beach, pier, tennis court, clubhouse, volleyball court and various picnic facilities. It is located on the lake adjacent to public boat launch and a public park with a children’s playground, field and baseball diamond. The public bike path system takes you to into Tahoe City, which is a short ride or walk. There are several hiking paths to enjoy close by. Alpine Meadows and Squaw Valley USA are a convenient drive down the road. The indoor spa is open in the winter months - Closes 3/31/2024. The outdoor spa will open seasonally with the pool(Memorial Day 2024). All of our rentals come with fully equipped kitchens; most kitchens do not have pantry items due to wildlife concerns. We provide all linens and towels; most units have beach towels as well. There is a washer and dryer in every rental. Every unit has Wi-Fi. There is NO A/C, this is not commonly found in Tahoe, there are fans. STR # 6394 MAX OCCUPANCY: 6 MAX VEHICLES: 2

This rental was big enough for all five of us, and cozy. It has all the amenities. It was also close to the marina. The check in/ out instructions were very clear too. It was a perfect rental for the weekend.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was great! It reminded us of our grandparents houses - outdated styling maybe, but it was very comfortable and everything was clean and in good repair. The fridge and dishwasher are newer, and the stove/oven was good enough - more than enough for a reasonably priced getaway, in our opinion. We'd stay here again if we were going to visit this location again.

My only request is that the cleaners should vacuum under the bed. Needs a good spring clean. Oh, pleas fix the hot tub

The reviews are correct - the condo is outdated but so very clean and great location for the lake and walking trails. We really enjoyed the stay and great layout for a family getaway! Thank you!

We were in the area for a wedding and were there two nights Our condo was fairly well equipped, although we didn't cook there. The unit is a bit outdated and dark, but it met our needs.

I certainly enjoyed the scenary and how pleasantly clean the environment was. I loved the coziness and the overall quality of each individual room. The only issue that I found annoying was the massive amount of pests that were present. Overall, it was astonishingly good.

Highly recommend this spot - as others have pointed out, decor is outdated and beds are a little less comfortable than could be hoped, but the apartment is very large and well-equipped (kitchen had an abundance of utensils and spices, there were towels for pool, etc). The location is fantastic, with super easy access to the lake and a pleasant 30 min walk into Tahoe City. Also close to the Tahoe bus system which is free and helps avoid the need to park. We enjoyed sitting on the porch and at the large dining table for games. The amenities in the complex were also excellent.

We changed plans last minute to get further away from smoke due to fires near Yosemite and ended up in Tahoe. Property managers were very responsive. The condo is spacious, clean and the complex is on the lake. It hasn't been updated since the 70's but it was in a good location, comfortable and affordable.

Our family had such a fun and relaxing trip here! We loved the condo and it was a perfect fit for us and our four kids! Loved how close it was to the beach and although it’s not lake view it’s a very short walk and the smell in Lake Tahoe of the trees and crisp air is just perfect. Will come again!

Reviewer Comments: This season was sadly underwhelming for us given the coronavirus cut it short and prevented our group from enjoying the spring time in Tahoe. Nonetheless we love the condo, and several of us in the group this year are now on 4+ years in the same place. We wi hopefully return again next season.

Location is on the lake and has quick access to the bike trail leading to Tahoe City. We'll come back again!

Great Experience!

We really enjoyed the property. First, you can not ask for a better location; close to Tahoe City and access to the lake. The unit itself is in great condition. It is very clean and in good working order. The kitchen is well stocked with all the utensils, dishware, spices, etc. The complex is quite and peaceful (and we stayed over July 4th holiday). It's also very family friendly. We hope to rent it again. Thank you!
