Room was clean, the bus station is really close and the staff informed us about the bus and their schedule. The bathroom was clean and good enough.
The bed was for 2 people but combined from 2 beds, so it was a bit uncomfortable.
The walls are really thin, so you can hear easily

The staff is excellent, very nice and helpful. There is a bus 50 meters from the hotel that takes you to Venice in around 15 minutes which is very convenient. The area is quiet and has lots of parks and green spaces. The room has AC which is key in summer.
The bed was not very comfy and the room is not particularly nice, it looked old.
